I wanted for a long time for the owl, there is a problem with the mail due to covid which is understandable as everybody around the world was greatly affected by this pandemic. But the Customer Service Representatives where very patient with me and gave me tracking details every time I contacted them to see where the order is. The Owl is amazing especially for flowers decoration. The packaging wasn't damaged damaged, the goods are intact. Thank you again Focus.
